Responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing the conceptual and stylistic execution for projects and campaigns, working in conjunction with the Creative team on all design solutions, including, but not limited to, branding & identity, print collateral, infographics, front-end interactive design for the web and mobile.
  • Creating inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas using a solid design process.


  • A critical thought process to sell creative solutions both internally and to clients.
  • Understanding of brand development and how to consistently push it through all campaign applications.

Event Technicians bring the excitement of The Bosco to events to ensure that clients and their guests have a memorable experience. They are enthusiastic, personable, self-reliant, and have the ability to learn the technical skills required to run events smoothly.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate with clients at events to make sure their needs are met.
  • Deliver, setup, and operate photo booth equipment for events.
  • Ensure proper photo quality at events.

  • Draft and execute strategic account plans for 10 named accounts.
  • Manage and oversee 2-4 Account Executives, including use of administrative tools, sales outreach, account management and strategy, and client presentations.
  • Meet and present to new and existing customers 7-9 times a month.
  • Propose, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements with new and existing customers.
  • Develop strategies for, pitch, and sell custom and large scale activations.
